At Discount Dragon, we strive for total satisfaction with every grocery haul; however, due to the perishable nature of food, we offer a 14-day window for reporting issues with non-perishable items or quality concerns.
Return Process
- 1.Check Eligibility
Ensure your items are unopened, in original packaging, and within 14 days of delivery, as we cannot accept returns on fresh or frozen goods for safety reasons.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and clear photos of any damaged or incorrect items to receive your return authorization.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely package your authorized items using the provided prepaid shipping label and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
- 4.Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
